Positive school climates shown to narrow achievement gaps
A comprehensive analysis out of USC of over 15 years of research shows that a positive school climate contributes to academic achievement. We work collaboratively with the entire school community, including students, teachers, parents and administrators, to improve school climate and culture. According to the study’s author: “Our findings suggest that by promoting a positive climate, schools can allow greater equality in educational opportunities, decrease socioeconomic inequalities and enable more social mobility.” Read the full article here.
