As CEO of Partnership with Children, Wesner Pierre’s recognition by the City & State’s 2025 Nonprofit Trailblazers List honors his steadfast commitment to building a more equitable future for New York City’s children.
Under his leadership, PWC now reaches over 27,000 students and families across the city, delivering trauma-informed care, wellness programs, and healing-centered education through 47 school partnerships.
As a lifelong New Yorker and advocate for youth equity, Wesner is also forging cross-sector partnerships to address the root causes of trauma and create long-term pathways for student success. His leadership has helped reframe schools as ecosystems of healing, agency, and opportunity.
