Jerry’s recognition in City & State’s 2025 Who’s Who in Government Relations honors his tireless efforts to ensure that policy, funding, and government partnerships prioritize youth equity and wellness in New York.

As Chief of Staff and Head of Government Relations at Partnership with Children, Jerry Hyppolite is driving real change for New York’s most underserved students and families. Since joining the organization in 2022, Jerry has helped shape PWC’s strategic vision, led the launch of its new 8,000-square-foot headquarters at One Battery Park Plaza, and strengthened internal systems by implementing Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. A dynamic leader with a deep background in youth services, Jerry previously spent nearly seven years managing community centers at the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development. His advocacy and relationship-building have directly led to a 137% increase in discretionary funding for PWC—expanding our impact to over 27,000 children and families across the city.
