Camp Robin Hood visits Partnership with Children at P.S. 3
Partnership with Children was honored to be selected to host Camp Robin Hood in June. This is the sixth year that we have been chosen, as a Robin Hood grantee, to host Camp Robin Hood. The campers and Robin Hood staff visited our school program at P.S. 3 in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn.
The group of campers, ages 14-18, spent the afternoon with our program participants learning about the students’ experiences in the Partnership with Children school program. The Robin Hood campers were paired up with Partnership with Children students, partaking in several fun group activities throughout the afternoon. The activites focused on the P.S. 3 students marketing and improving one of their Partnership with Children activities, the school bookstore. The P.S. 3 students had fun spending time with positive role models, and learning about their school experiences.
Partnership with Children is proud and grateful to have been able to participate in Camp Robin Hood, and for the ongoing support that we receive from the Robin Hood Foundation.
