Chief Program Officer Angela Jefferson Named to City & State’s Black Trailblazers List

Partnership with Children is proud to celebrate Chief Program Officer Angela Jefferson, who has been named a 2025 City & State Black Trailblazer — an honor recognizing Black leaders who are shaping New York’s future across sectors.
Through her systems-driven leadership, Angela has helped expand trauma-informed mental health supports to more than 20,000 students and families across all five boroughs. She develops strong teams, strengthens communities, and ensures care is delivered with both excellence and equity.
We are honored to see her work recognized on this platform, and grateful for her unwavering commitment to young people and families across New York City.
